Bournville Village Trust operates a nursing home for 44 frail elderly residents. We currently have vacancies for reliable bank nurses to cover day or night shifts.

You must have a passion for working with working with very frail older people and be committed to maintaining excellent clinical skills. A positive attitude and motivation are essential as are management skills as you will be responsible for directing junior care staff.

Bank staff will accrue holiday entitlement for which they are paid.

Selly Wood House is seeking to appoint bank staff to cover sickness and holiday periods, in the following areas:-

• Nurses
• Catering assistants
• Housekeeping
• Laundry
• Care staff

Whilst every effort is made to provide advance notice of available shifts, this is not possible in the event of staff sickness.

There is no expectation placed upon bank staff to accept preferred shifts.

Bank staff will accrue holiday entitlement for which they are paid.
