Investors In People

BVT is a recognised ‘Investor in People’ and has recieved this award three times since 1997. This is a national award which demonstrates that an organisation develops its people to deliver its business objectives more effectively.

The Trust was one of the first housing associations in the West Midlands to achieve Investors In People (I.I.P.). The creation of a 'High Performance Culture' within the Trust helped to underline the importance we attach to everyone contributing their very best to the Trust's mission.

Since gaining I.I.P. the Trust has been reassessed on two separate occasions, to make sure we still meet the exacting standards of Investors In People.

Bournville Village Trust have been accredited Investor in People status since 1997. We invest heavily in our staff and the photograph shows some of our apprentices in Bournville Propertycare Services and Bournville Village Landscapes
