As part of BVT’s commitment to creating inclusive communities, we invest considerable effort in providing special needs housing for people with learning disabilities.

We have collaborated with Redditch Borough Council, Worcestershire County Council, Mencap, the Development Trust and the Home Farm Trust to create permanent housing with respite services for people with learning difficulties and to ensure full integration into the nearby community.

Lock Close, Redditch has the highest standards of management and maintenance, distinctive architecture, rooms of appropriate size and specification and high quality landscaping which takes into account environmental concerns.

Achievements such as these award -winning developments, are a tribute to that pioneering spirit which inspired George Cadbury and continues to inspire the Trust today.
