Online & Telephone Payments

All Trust Tenants are issued with an Allpay card, which can be used to pay your rent via this website, following the instructions below.

For BVT leaseholders and freeholders, payment by direct debit through your bank is the preferred method. Please contact the Trust at info@bvt.org.uk for more information on paying by direct debit.

Using Your Allpay Card

Residents with an Allpay card, can make payments using the allpayments.net website or by telephoning the Allpay call centre.

These services allow you to pay at any time (subject to occasional periods when Allpay are carrying out essential maintenance on their website).

Currently payments can only be made by debit card − there is no provision at the moment for BVT to accept credit card payments.

Please have your Allpay payment card & your debit card handy as you will need to quote the appropriate reference numbers to complete your transaction.

Using Your Invoice

If you have an invoice, you can pay this online using your bank’s Internet or telephone banking facility.

Please quote BVT’s bank account number 00261726 & sort code 30-00-00 & make sure that you quote the reference number in the box at the top right of the invoice.

This reference is your unique identification within our system. To prevent delays in processing your payment, please ensure that you quote this number at all times.

Direct Debit or Standing Order Payments

If you would prefer to pay by either of these methods, please contact your local area office, during normal office hours, for advice on how to proceed.
