Bournville Village Trust (BVT) Resident Census 2009
Over the next few weeks we will be asking our residents to complete our Resident Census in order to learn more about the people living in our community and gain an understanding of their individual needs.
The information obtained will enable us to plan and improve the services we provide whilst ensuring they are fair and equitable to all our residents. For more information please read our Frequently Asked Questions section contained within the Resident Census form.
The BVT Resident Census 2009 can be completed in one of three ways:
- Complete your copy of the census and return it using the FREEPOST envelope provided.
- Alternatively, you can contact a member of the Business Improvement Unit on 0121 415 6524 to arrange for a member of the team to help you complete the form.

If you would like your Resident Census in a different language, large print or Braille please contact 0121 415 6524 or email census@bvt.org.uk and we will happily make them available.
- Once the pdf census is open then please complete section A through to G and the Declaration section.
- At any stage you may save your (partially) completed census to your computer by clicking File then Save As. The census form may then be completed and submitted at a later time.
- The ‘Submit Form’ option (in the top right hand corner of the screen) allows you to send your census information electronically to Bournville Village Trust, using your email account.
- Once you click ‘Submit Form’, a box will appear in the middle of your screen called ‘Send Form.’ Click ‘Send.’ You will then be given two options:
- Desktop Email Application – choose this option if you currently use an email application such as Microsoft Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, or Mail.
- Internet Email – choose this option if you currently use an Internet email service such as Yahoo or Hotmail. You will then need to save the census and send it as an attachment to census@bvt.org.uk using your Internet email service.
- Your census information is NOT stored on the BVT website or web servers at any point during this process.
