Roger Cadbury, M.A.
 
Appointed Trustee in 1994 and Chairman of the Trust since 1996, Roger was previously a director of various companies. He chairs the Trust's Estate Management & Scheme Committee and is a member of the Agricultural Estates Committee.
 
He is currently Chairman of Warwick Independent Schools Foundation, Warwickshire Wildlife Trust, and Croft Trust of Adult Education. Roger also serves as a Trustee of a range of charities.

Adrian Allen, F.C.A.
 
Adrian is an experienced chartered accountant and has many years' experience of financial and general management. He was appointed a Trustee in 1999 and is now Chairman of the Finance, Audit & General Purposes Committee. He also chairs the Development Committee and is a member of the Agricultural Estates Committee.

Duncan Cadbury, MSc, DSW, CQSW.
 
Duncan has been a Trustee for 22 years. He retired from the post of Head of Training for the Leonard Cheshire Foundation in 2003, having previously held senior posts in Social Services Departments. Duncan chairs three committees: Housing Services, Shropshire Housing Services and Lightmoor Village Estate Management Committee.

Annette Middleton, B.A.
 
Annette was appointed Trustee in 1995 and lives in Bournville with her growing family. Annette serves on the Heritage Committee, the Finance Audit & General Purposes Committee, and the Agricultural Estates Committee. Annette is also a Governor of the Bournville Junior and Infant schools.

John Dowell  
 
John Dowell was appointed a full Trustee in 2008, after serving for many years as a co-optee on the Trustee body. John is a member of the Finance Audit and General Purposes Committee and the Development Committee. In his professional life, John worked as a senior partner in a firm of consulting engineers in Birmingham.

Mary Penny, B.Sc., Dip.Ed.
 
Mary joined the Trustees 19 years ago, chairs the Heritage Committee and serves on the Estate Management & Scheme Committee. She retired from teaching and work in the Education Department at the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust. She is a member of the Quaker Life Travelling Team offering training for those who work with children and young people.

Professor Martin Snaith, OBE, F.REng.
 
Martin was appointed a Trustee by the University of Birmingham in 1996. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer and has worked at the University since 1978. He is currently Emeritus Professor of Highway Engineering and was a Pro-Vice Chancellor. Martin serves on the Trust’s Development committee and the Shropshire Housing Services Committee.

Michael Thomas, M.A., D.L.
 
Michael became a Trustee in 1996 and serves on the Estate Management & Scheme Committee and the Heritage Committee. He is a Trustee of the Landmark Trust and retired as a Director of Avoncroft Museum in 1997. Michael is UK representative of the Europa Nostra Heritage Awards Jury.

Clive Wilkinson, B.A.
 
Clive was appointed a Trustee by Birmingham City Council in 1981. A former Labour Leader of the Council, Clive is Chairman of Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust, Non-Executive Director of the Financial Services Authority and Chairman of the Midlands Industrial Association. He chairs the Finance Audit & General Purposes Committee of the Trust and is a resident on the Bournville estate.

Roger has worked in various roles as Finance Director and Company Secretary for many years in the private sector. He is now Chief Executive of the Countryside Alliance. Roger has served as a Trustee since 2003, and is a member of the Finance, Audit & General Purposes Committee, the Development Committee and Housing Services Committee.

Paul Sabapathy CBE
 
Paul joined the board in 2006 and is a member of the Housing Services Committee. He is already well known in the area as a former board member of the Heartlands and Black Country Development Corporations. He is also a past president of Walsall Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Currently Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Board of Governors of Birmingham City University, as well as chairman of the Birmingham East & North Primary Care Trust. In 2007, Paul was appointed Her Majesty's Lord Lieutenant for the County of West Midlands.

Bronwen Lilley
 
In 2005, Bronwen was appointed a Trustee through the Religious Society of Friends. She lives close to the Bournville Estate, and has served as a Trustee of the Susanna Cole Trust Fund, amongst others. Bronwen now serves as a Trustee of Vision Homes, which supports visually-impaired people. She has taught deaf children for much of her teaching life. Bronwen is a member of the Trust's Estate Management & Scheme Committee and the Agricultural Estates Committee.
