Bournville Village Trust will work with other housing providers and the local authority (Telford & Wrekin Council) to maximise choice and access opportunities to housing through the best use of our available stock.

We will let our homes as efficiently and effectively as possible in ways that contribute towards building sustainable communities and minimising social exclusion.

Our Lettings Policy aims to be fair, open and non-discriminatory, appreciating the diverse needs of the community it serves.
