We invest surplus from our commercial activities back into our neighbourhoods and have an in-house Commercial Property team.

Agricultural estate

We own and manage almost 3,000 acres of agricultural estate between the M42 and the outer suburbs of Birmingham and Bromsgrove.

Some of this land is leased and/or used for farming and is also home to Mount Pleasant Farm, which offers children an insight into food, farming and the countryside.
