They can help you:

• Claim rent-related benefits.
• Apply for grants / support.
• Refer you to specialist agencies and charities for debt advice and other benefits.
• Access foodbanks.

The team understand there are lots of reasons people fall into financial difficulties and are here to work with you to find the right solutions. If you’re struggling to pay your rent, please don’t bury your head in the sand.

Housing Perks

We’ve teamed up with Housing Perks to offer all Bournville Village Trust tenants access to the Housing Perks savings app.

The app offers discounts on shopping at major supermarkets and over 100 retailers including, ASDA, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Primark, Currys, Argos, Iceland and many more!

To get the app, go to the Apple App Store Housing Perks on the App Store or Google Play Store Housing Perks – Apps on Google Play and search for the Housing Perks app.

You can download the app for free and sign up by entering your details and following the on-screen instructions. Use your tenancy reference number (on your tenancy agreement/rent statements) to create your account and start saving today.

And…When you spend using the Housing perks app you can choose to automatically send your savings to pay towards your rent and/or arrears at no cost to you.
