My BVT is a free to use self-service portal that allows you, as a Bournville Village Trust tenant, to manage your information with us.

Once registered, you can:

• Access your repair history.
• Easily update your personal details.
• Have up-to-date rent statements at your fingertips.

Register

To register for My BVT, please go to https://myportal.bvt.org.uk/registration You’ll need your tenancy reference number (which you can find on a rent statement) and the email address you provided to us. If you don’t have this, call us on 0300 333 6540.

Once registered, you’ll receive an email to activate your account. Once activated, you can start using My BVT straight away. Don’t forget to check your junk or spam folder for this email.

Log-in

If you’ve registered to use My BVT, you can log into your account here – https://myportal.bvt.org.uk/. Please call us on 0300 333 6540 if you’ve lost or forgotten your log-in details.
