We have been receiving a number of calls from residents who haven’t had their refuse collected on their planned collection days.
If you experience a missed collection, please report it at www.birmingham.gov.uk/missedcollections. You can also check your planned collection date and request replacement wheelie bins on this page.
Missed collections can only be reported after 3:30pm on your collection day.
Whilst we understand that missed collections are very frustrating, we are not able to arrange for refuse to be collected separately to Birmingham City Council’s service.
Please also remember that it is residents’ responsibility to make sure that all refuse is disposed of correctly, including putting your rubbish out at the front of your property between 3:30pm the day before your collection is due and 6:00am on the day of your collection.
