Are you a Bournville Village Trust (BVT) tenant and ever thought ‘I know what would improve that!’ or wanted to get involved in helping to shape the services we deliver but didn’t know how?
We understand how important your experiences are but also that we haven’t always made it easy for you to get involved in sharing these with us.
That is why we’re inviting you to take part in an exciting workshop with Claire Blacka from Tentacles Consultancy, a resident engagement specialist who is working with us to improve what involvement and scrutiny looks like for you.
The workshop aims to break down the barriers of what involvement is, improving how you take part in these activities and, importantly, how these can deliver success for everyone involved.
The workshop is taking place between 11am and 2pm on Friday 13th December at Woodbrooke, 1046 Bristol Road, B29 6LJ. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
On the day, there will be a short introduction from Claire before a series of workshops that will invite your views and input.
There won’t be any pressure to speak in front of anyone and you can even just come along, take it all in and then feedback at another time.
If you would like to attend the workshop, please let us know by calling 0300 333 6540 or email communityadmin@bvt.org.uk by Monday 9th December 2024.
If you can’t join us for the workshop, there will be other events and opportunities in 2025.
We understand everyone’s circumstances are different, so if you need assistance with travel or have any additional needs that we need to take into account (including any food allergies) to be able to attend, please let us know by contacting us using the same details above.
Please be aware that there is limited car parking at Woodbrooke, which includes a limited number of disabled spaces. The 20, 20A, 61, and 63 bus stop is directly outside the main entrance on Bristol Road.
