• If your issue isn’t an emergency and can wait until we re-open, you can email us at enquiries@bvt.org.uk
• You can understand what we class as an emergency repair on our reporting a repair page.

We expect to be busier than usual when we re-open on 2nd January, so if your enquiry isn’t urgent, please email us instead of calling to avoid waiting in a queue.
