We are currently working with Acuity, an independent market research agency, to carry out a customer satisfaction survey.
The survey is a sample of Bournville Village Trust residents and some of you may have already received it in the post.
Your responses will really help us understand what we are doing well and not so well at the moment so we can shape what and how we do things in the future.
