Giving your feedback on our repairs service will now be easier than ever thanks to a new text service.
From today (15th Jan 2018) we will be introducing a new text message service for BVT tenants who have had a day-to-day repair or gas service completed at their home by our in-house repairs service, Bournville Property Care.
The text service will send you a link to a survey on our website which will give you the chance to feedback on the repair or service carried out at your home and will provide us with all important information as to how the service can be improved.
Every tenant who completes the survey will be entered into an annual prize draw to win £100 worth of shopping vouchers.
