In response to recent news of the rising cost of living, we are reminding all our customers that we are here to help. We can help you access a range of support that includes:
- Free water efficiency checks. The checks, carried out by Severn Trent, can help you save water and money. All BVT tenants will be offered a check and before Severn Trent will be in your area, you’ll receive a letter from us about the visits with dates that technicians will be available and details of what is involved. - Support with food, energy bills and essential household items. If you’re struggling to afford food, fuel or essential household items to keep well during the colder months, our Well Winter scheme can help. - Home Energy and Welfare Advisor. We will soon be appointing an Advisor to specifically help you save money on your household bills including gas and electric. We are also looking to train other members of our staff to support you with energy bills and will share more details soon.
