Are you interested in helping to shape the future of your neighbourhood?

We’re inviting homeowners who live within the Birmingham Scheme of Management area, and pay the annual management charge, to express an interest in joining a new Residents Sounding Group (RSG).

The group will provide you with an opportunity to influence the future of the Scheme of Management and the estate and stewardship services we deliver.

As a member of the RSG, you’ll work alongside us to:

• Review proposals.
• Share your experiences as a resident.
• Provide constructive feedback that will help shape the future direction of the Scheme of Management.
