We have re-opened our reception service at our 350 Bournville Lane office to customers.
Staff are now available to deal with straight-forward enquiries. However, please be aware that services remain reduced whilst we repair the building following damage caused by flooding. This means you may not be able to see your housing officer or a specific member of staff.
If you need to make a payment, please go to our Make a Payment page to pay online as we’re unable to take payments at the office. You can also report non-urgent repairs and report anti-social behaviour here on our website.
If you need to visit us, please park at the front of the office in the designated visitor bays as car parking spaces are restricted.
All customers must access our office through the main entrance at the front of the building. Thanks for your continued patience and understanding.
Please note, we have temporarily paused the donation of second-hand bikes at our 350 Bournville Lane office for charity The Bike Project due to the work being carried out to repair damage to our office.
