From next week (11th February 2019), we will be visiting all of our blocks of flats and apartments in Birmingham and Telford to carry out building condition surveys.
As part of the surveys we will be inspecting the outside of the buildings, which will include taking photographs of the front and rear of the blocks. To do this, we will need to access communal gardens.
We will also be inspecting communal areas, but we won’t need access to individual flats.
The surveys will be done by Ark Consultancy with a representative from Bournville Village Trust, and are expected to take around four weeks.
