Important update – temporary closure of reception at office

As customers may be aware, in 2022 our 350 Bournville Lane office was damaged by a severe flood, affecting our ground and first floor including our reception.

To complete work to bring the building back into full use again, we will temporarily be closing reception from Friday 3rd February at 4.30pm until Monday 13th February at 8.30am.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and are encouraging customers to use our online services during this time which include:

If you urgently need to meet with a member of our staff, you can arrange this by emailing enquiries@bvt.org.uk or calling us on 0300 333 6540. Staff will arrange to visit you or meet you at a community location if the issue can not be resolved over the phone or via email.

Please be aware that we will not be taking any cash payments at our office during this time.

We have also temporarily paused the donation of second-hand bikes at our 350 Bournville Lane office for charity The Bike Project due to the work being carried out to repair damage to our office. You can still donate bikes to The Bike Project using an alternative drop-off location. Go to https://thebikeproject.co.uk/donate-bike/ to search for your nearest drop-off
