Residents in Birmingham and Telford can now submit and track applications for alterations to their homes on our website.
A new easy-to-use application form, which also allows you to securely pay for applications online, went live this month (February).
The form also features helpful advice to ensure you submit your application correctly as well as the ability to upload plans or drawings.
Once you have submitted your application, you will also be able to track its status on a special property portal.
Richard Hughes, Estates Manager at Bournville Village Trust (BVT), said: “This new form will make applying for an alteration to your home much easier and quicker. If you are instructing an architect or contractor to submit the application on your behalf they will also be able to use the form.
“Once submitted, you can track your application online using our property portal and view other applications in your area. There will also be the ability to comment on some applications.”
The form and portal are available in the Home Owners areas of the website, which you can see by going to the Home Owners page.
