New way to feedback on our repairs service

Tenants can now give anonymous feedback on an individual repair as soon as it is completed, all from the comfort of their own home.

All tenants who have had a repair completed, will now be invited to answer five very quick ‘Yes / No’ questions by one of our tradespeople on a digital device.

Responses are totally anonymous and the trades-person, from our maintenance arm Bournville PropertyCare Services (BPS), will not be able to view them at any time.

Andrew Griffiths, Performance & Business Improvement Project Officer at BPS, said: “We want to make sure that we are providing the best possible repairs service to tenants.

“This short survey will allow us to do this by giving us a real-time insight into your experience and help us identify the ways in which we can make things better and learn from good practice.”

Providing feedback is not mandatory and if you prefer not to complete the survey, please explain this to the trades-person when requested.
