The final stage of consultation on the new draft Bournville Estate Design Guide is now open.
From the 1st – 28th February, residents and local stakeholders will be able to read the new draft Guide – which their feedback has helped to shape – here on our website and complete a questionnaire about it.
We know how important the Guide is to our communities and it covers not just Bournville but the whole of our Birmingham estate (except Nechells).
We are asking all residents to help us create a new Guide fit for the 21st century and beyond by completing the questionnaire and sharing their thoughts.
Hundreds of residents have already given their feedback on the current Bournville Design Guide during the first consultation held last summer, including views on extensions, solar panels, door colours, gardens and more, as part of the major review of the document.
All your feedback, from both rounds of consultation, will help create a new Design Guide fit for the future and is part of our wider aim to create distinctive and environmentally sustainable places.
