This year’s Better Living Maintenance Exhibition received huge thumbs up by local BVT residents.
Now in its sixth year, over 100 households attended the exhibition at Shenley Court Hall and where given a preview of some of the planned maintenance projects scheduled for their homes in 2013.
The Planned Maintenance Exhibition was first established to give BVT residents an opportunity to see at first hand some of the scheduled housing and maintenance plans including new kitchens and bathroom suites before they are installed into properties.
From those that attended the exhibition, 99% said that it had given them useful information on planned maintenance projects for 2013 and 100% of households said that BVT staff had been really helpful in outlining future plans.
Ensuring residents are kept informed of on-going works and maintenance projects sits at the very heart of BVT’s commitment to excellent customer service. Commenting on the exhibition, a local resident said “The information was first class and well worth attending.”
Residents involved in next year’s Planned Maintenance will be informed of the date of the Better Living Exhibition early in 2013.
