A new pop-up pantry has been launched at a BVT-managed community centre in Selly Oak to help households that are struggling with rising food costs.

Shenley-based residents can drop into Shenley Court Hall, 200 Green Meadow Road, B29 4ED, every Monday from 11am-1pm to collect a free food parcel made up of a selection of non-perishable food items.

The pop-up pantry will run every Monday until 30th May 2023 and residents will just need to show proof of address to collect their parcel.

You can also call the centre on 0121 475 7521 before dropping in to make staff aware of any allergies or dietary requirements you have are reflected in your food parcel.
