The Regulator for Social Housing published its regulatory judgement of Bournville Village Trust on 30th March and we’re pleased to share that we have maintained our G1 and V1 ratings – the highest ratings for governance and viability.
We remain committed to building organisational and financial strength, delivering good governance and meeting legal and regulatory compliance and since our last assessment in 2020, we have continued to work hard to make improvements.
The confidence in us from the Regulator, combined with the improvements we have made to support continued compliance, puts us in an excellent position to continue delivering our Corporate Plan and our mission of creating and sustaining communities where people can thrive.
