At Bournville Village Trust (BVT), we are rethinking how we deliver our repairs service, and we need to hear from you.

We’re inviting you to share your views at drop-in sessions in Birmingham or Telford and enjoy some FREE food with us on:

• Monday 21st October 12.30pm–2.30pm, Woodlands Park Hall, Woodlands Park Road, B30 1HA. Tortillas, rice bowls and nachos available! First come, first served.
• Monday 21st October 5.30pm-7pm, BVT Head Office, 350 Bournville Lane, B30 1QY. Afternoon tea sandwiches and cakes available! First come, first served.
• Tuesday 22nd October 12.30–2.30pm (tortillas, rice bowls and nachos available! First come, first served.) OR 5.30pm-7pm (afternoon tea sandwiches and cakes available! First come, first served.) Bournville House (residents lounge), Lightmoor Village, TF4 3TX.
• Wednesday 23rd October 12.30pm–2.30pm OR 5.30pm-7pm, Shenley Court Hall, 200 Green Meadow Rd, B29 4ED. Afternoon tea sandwiches and cakes available at both drop-ins! First come, first served.

At the sessions you can tell us:

• What you think about the repairs service.
• What’s important to you.
• Any problems you’ve experienced.
• Suggestions about how we can make the repairs service better.

Members of our repairs team will be at each drop-in to listen. We’ll review all feedback from the drop-ins before we consult with you again about changes we plan to make to the service.

We really want to know what’s important to you, so please come along and join us for refreshments and a chat.
