Roger Wilson becomes new chair of trustees

Bournville Village Trust (BVT) has welcomed a new chair of trustees, as Duncan Cadbury retires from the role.

Roger Wilson, a trustee since 2003, will become the new chair replacing Duncan Cadbury who has held the position for the past six years.

Duncan will continue to be a trustee, including serving on a number of different committees.

Helen Harvey, Director of People and Performance at BVT, said: “Over the past six years, Duncan has been a dedicated and enthusiastic chair of trustees, giving so much of his time to the role and acting as an excellent ambassador for BVT.

“Duncan will remain a trustee, but on behalf of all at BVT, we would like to take the opportunity to thank him for his service as chair.”

Roger Wilson, said: “I am greatly honoured to take on the role of chair and look forward to working with my fellow trustees and meeting, and discussing issues, with all members of staff across BVT as it enters the next chapter of its exciting future.”
