We are excited to announce that Your Neighbourhood Scrutiny Group has launched its very first review.

The group of residents have chosen to review the management of front gardens and boundaries across all Bournville Village Trust Birmingham neighbourhoods including Bournville, Northfield, Shenley, Weoley Hill and Nechells.

The group want to make sure our streets look great and feel safe. Over the next few months, they’ll be looking closely at resident feedback, relevant survey data, and complaints to find ways to improve.

Their main goals:

• Better support: Finding ways to help vulnerable, elderly or disabled residents maintain their gardens.
• Clearer communication: Improving how BVT shares information about garden responsibilities.
• Fewer issues: Resolving problems early before they turn into formal complaints.

This review is all about your neighbourhood, and the group need your voice to make it a success.
