Our Income and Money Matters team have won the Housing Team of the Year Award at this year’s People in Housing Awards Midlands.

The team helps Bournville Village Trust tenants manage their finances effectively, reduce rent arrears and prevent eviction – fostering long-term sustainable tenancies.

Last year, our Money Matters team alone worked with over 1,000 customers, completing 3,700 actions to tackle poverty, debt and improve the financial wellbeing of customers.

The winner of the award was announced on 19th March 2026.
