Bournville Village Landscapes, which manage many of the parks and open spaces across the Bournville estate, will be carrying out important tree maintenance work from 27 January 2015.
The team will be removing a dead Pine tree from Hemyock Road Spinney and a diseased Poplar tree from Weoley Park between Weoley Hill and Shenley Fields Road.
A poplar tree (tag number 3366) at Westholme Croft, off Oak Tree Lane in Bournville, will also have its crown reduced to its previous reduction points.

Tree surgery is carried out by the arboricultural team based on an annual programme of works and in response to unforeseen needs throughout the year.
Around 10-20 new trees are planted each year to help maintain the stock of trees on the Estate.
