At the recent annual general meeting (AGM) of Bournville Works Housing Society (BWHS) there was a discussion about a possible development of rented bungalows at Heath Close in Bournville.
The proposal is at a very early stage and draft architects’ sketches were shared with BWHS tenants only to seek views on whether a development is something they might like to pursue.
Depending on the outcome of these talks, further consultation will be undertaken with the wider community and residents will have the opportunity to discuss plans in more detail and raise any concerns they may have.
