Bournville Village Trust (BVT) tenants can now update their household details with us using a new online form, and be in with the chance of winning £25 in vouchers!

The quick and easy to complete form can be filled in at https://forms.office.com/ or by scanning the QR code on the poster below. You can use the form to update details such as:

• Your telephone number or email address.
• Household details, such as new family members or people leaving the household.
• Any additional needs you have that you want us to know about.

You can also share details of your religion, ethnicity, gender and sexual orientation, although if you prefer not to say you don’t have to.

Everyone who updates their details will be entered into a monthly prize draw to win a £25 Love2Shop voucher!
