In May 2026, we’re launching our first-ever ‘Your Neighbourhood’ and ‘Your Tenancy’ Scrutiny Groups and we want you to be a part of them! 

What are Scrutiny Groups? 

As a member of a Scrutiny Group, you’ll help us spot where we can do better and suggest real changes. Here is what each group focuses on:

• Day-to-day repairs • How we manage tenancies • Looking after our estates 
• Improving buildings • Moving in and lettings • Building community spirit 
• Major future works • Rent and payments • Shared spaces and parks 
 • Tackling anti-social behavior • Cleaning and communal areas 

How can I get involved? 

We are looking for residents (aged 18+) from all walks of life. You don’t need to be an expert in housing; you just need to care about where you live.

  • Time commitment – We meet just four times a year. 
  • Flexibility– We do our best to work around your schedule. 
  • No experience needed – We provide full training and support.
