We are a charity and housing organisation founded by chocolate maker and philanthropist George Cadbury in 1900.
Our vision is to create and sustain flourishing communities where people choose to live and we do this by providing high-quality housing and estate management services across Birmingham and Telford.
In total we provide services to 8,000 homes of mixed tenure, including homes for social rent and retirement housing, and 25,000 people.
Dedicated to distinctive development, we are currently developing new homes at Lightmoor Village in Telford, in partnership with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) as well as College Green, a state-of-the-art care village in Bournville.
We manage agricultural estates, green open spaces, shops and a Museum, making us more diverse than a traditional housing association.
