It is being built on the former site of Bournville College on the Bristol Road South in Bournville.
The flagship village will feature four specific phases which include:

This phase has been developed and is managed by the ExtraCare Charitable Trust. For further information, please visit www.extracare.org.uk
2: 80-bedroom residential care home for older people and people with dementia complete with beautiful gardens, a café and hairdressing salon. This phase has been developed and is managed by Avery Healthcare. For further information, please visit www.averyhealthcare.co.uk
3: 16 cottage-style homes for older people. This phase has been developed and is managed by the ExtraCare Charitable Trust.

All of the above facilities will be set in a beautiful landscaped setting, staying true to our tradition of creating and nurturing green, open spaces.
