As part of our aim to create distinctive and environmentally-sustainable places, we wanted to create a new Bournville Estate Design Guide fit for the 21st century and beyond.
In 2020, we carried out a full review of our Design Guide, listening to a range of diverse opinions during consultations, and in July 2021, we launched a revised and refreshed Guide. You can read about the consultation and the new Design Guide here.
