Fuel Support Birmingham

• Birmingham City Council Crisis Assistance is where you can apply online for emergency fuel support by searching for ‘crisis’.  If you qualify, the Council will be able to provide you with fuel vouchers to top up prepayment meters for most major suppliers.

Fuel Support Telford

• Telford & Wrekin Council Crisis Support can help you with emergency credit for gas and electric meters. Call them on 01952 380400.

Whether you live in Birmingham or Telford, if you are a BVT resident or member of our communities and are struggling with fuel costs, we may be able to provide you with direct assistance if you use a prepaid meter (top up/ credit a meter with a card).
