We manage, maintain and provide services to a range of homes across central and south Birmingham and Telford including rented, freehold, leasehold and shared ownership homes.

If you would like to apply for a rented home with us, you will find lots of information here to help you. You can access our BVT Homes portal, where you can register to bid for properties, and read answers to common questions about applying for a home with us.

If you own your home, you will also find useful information and tools in this section for you, including an online form to apply to make alterations to your property.
