To apply for a BVT property in Birmingham you will need to register with the choice based lettings system, Homes Direct.
You can register to use Homes Direct by visiting www.homesdirect.org.uk
Once registered, you’ll be given a registration number which you can use to start bidding for any properties that you’re eligible for via the Homes Direct website.
All of our homes in Birmingham are advertised with Homes Direct and if there is a property you’re interested in, you can place a bid for it.
If you place a bid it doesn’t automatically mean that you will get the property you’ve bid for, but it does mean you get to choose homes you’d like to be considered for rather than us do this for you.
