Social Tenants Access to Information Requirement scheme (STAIRs)

The Social Tenants Access to Information Requirement (STAIRs) scheme gives social housing tenants the right to access information about how their landlord manages homes, services and resources.

At Bournville Village Trust, we are committed to being open and transparent. Much of the information covered by STAIRs is already available on our website and our Publication Scheme brings it together in one place to make it easier to find.
If the information you require is not already published, you may be able to request it through the STAIRs scheme.
