Make a payment

We use Sage Pay, a secure payment service, to take payments online. To make an online payment, please complete all the details in the form at the bottom of this page.

To prevent delays in processing payments, please quote your reference number or invoice number. If you don’t know this, please call us on 0300 333 6540.

Direct debits

Setting up a direct debit to make a payment is convenient and quick. To set up a direct debit, please call us on 0300 333 6540.

Home banking

You can make payments using your bank’s internet or telephone facility. Please check your invoice for our bank details and quote your reference or invoice number to prevent delays in processing payments.

Pay at our office

We take card payments and cheques at our Birmingham office (350 Bournville Lane, B30 1QY).
Please make cheques payable to ‘Bournville Village Trust’ and include your name, address and reference number on the back.


Payments

  • Please use alphanumeric characters only in payment reference (A-Z, 0-9)

    Reference numbers can be found on your rent statement or invoice and appear in the top right corner, headed “Reference No”. If you are looking at a rent statement, there will be two numbers quoted, please enter the first number. If you are paying an invoice, please quote the invoice number (including the SL prefix) in the top right of the invoice. Please do not quote references from Allpay cards. Don’t know your reference number? Please enter any relevant information in the additional information box.
