Job Profile

We are recruiting for a new Asset Data Performance Coordinator to join our Planning & Commissioning department. As Asset Data Performance Coordinator you will play an integral part in achieving our mission of creating and sustaining communities where people can thrive.

The role will involve:

  • Supporting the delivery of BVT’s Corporate Plan and objectives
  • Ensuring asset and asset management data is relevant, current and complete to support effective analysis and decision making
  • Ensuring the effective management and control of physical land, building and legal documentation regarding BVT records library
  • Maintaining, reviewing and controlling the effective registry and disposal of data regarding BVT’s physical asset portfolio
  • Supporting Planning & Commissioning team in delivering services that are cost effective, customer focused and safe
  • Supporting Planning & Commissioning in reporting & delivering Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

A successful Asset Data Performance Coordinator will bring the following key skills and/or experience to the role:

  • Extracting, validating and summarising complex asset data
  • A background in housing or private property sector environment
  • High level of competency across the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Communication, facilitation and stakeholder management
  • Root-cause analysis and problem solving

The following skills and/or experience are desirable:

  • Construction or I.T. qualification
  • Experience using SQL
  • Experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (Kardex)
  • Understanding of portfolio investment including leases, land titles and covenants
