Salary: From £31,483.25 – £34,192.72 depending on experience

Location: 350 Bournville Lane, Birmingham, West Midlands (Hybrid Working)

We are looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to join our Assets directorate to promote the continuous improvement of our customers journey to the highest level and innovate the way that we improve our customer focussed services.

Job Profile

As BVT’ Customer Liaison Officer you will become the lead in promoting a customer focused services and advising customers of our Asset Management service delivery across a diverse stock portfolio. You will be engaging with internal and external customers and will have the opportunity to influence customer process’ to ensure continuous improvement of our service. BVT are passionate about promoting personal development and will tailor a plan to enable you to thrive as a Customer Liaison Officer.

In this role you will create successful partnerships and collaborative working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. As a key member of the Assets Team, you will be responsible for promoting customer focussed activities to a high standard in a unique property portfolio.

Candidate Profile

You will be values driven and focused on delivering great services for BVT’s Assets Team:

  • Experience of working within a resident/customer focussed service.
  • Experience of delivering similar Customer Liaison and/or Administration services to this role.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office packages
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and discussions with customer panels.
  • Ability to analyse and use data effectively to drive improvement in customer service and performance.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and deal with multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of different stakeholders (internal and external)
