Salary: £48,928 to £53,141 + car allowance

Location: 350 Bournville Lane, Birmingham, West Midlands (Hybrid Working)

We are looking for an Electrical Service Manager to join our maintenance team and help us achieve our strategic aim of Providing Great Homes. This would also be perfect for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and get involved in delivering a variety of electrical safety works across a diverse stock portfolio with a stock range from every decade from 1890 to the present day.

Job Profile

We are looking for a manager who can provide operational leadership and mentoring to an established electrical team. You will be working and learning in an innovative environment that will advance your experience, skills and develop your career.

Candidate Profile

You will be values driven and focused on delivering great services.

  • Hold Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical Installation or equivalent, 18th Edition, 2391 Test & Inspection and NICEIC QS Registration.
  • Have experience working in an electrical leading position/mentoring a team that includes site-based delivery within the housing sector.
  • Hold a good knowledge of landlords’ electrical obligations and requirements
  • We are looking for a customer-focussed experienced individual who leads from the front, motivates and inspires teams to deliver brilliantly.
  • Have a ‘can-do attitude’.
