Salary: £59,491 including essential car allowance

Location: 350 Bournville Lane, Birmingham, West Midlands (Hybrid Working)

Due to a transitional period, we are looking for an Interim Operations Manager to join our Maintenance Team and help us achieve our strategic aim of Providing Great Homes. We are looking for someone with great leadership skills who would thrive in a forward thinking fast paced environment.

The Interim Operations Manager role would also be perfect for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and get involved in delivering a variety of maintenance services across a diverse stock portfolio.

Job Profile

The Interim Operations Manager will provide operational leadership, control, and direction to our Service Managers, whilst optimising efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness. You will be working and learning in an environment to advance your experience, skills and develop your career.

Candidate Profile

You will be values driven and focused on delivering great services.

  • You will already be in an operational leadership role and have demonstrable experience that includes site-based delivery through to your current position.
  • You will have implemented functional improvement measures.
  • Experience in managing team performance.
  • Be customer-focussed individual who leads from the front, motivates and inspires teams to deliver brilliantly.
  • You will be a great problem solver.
