When it comes to fire safety in the homes that we manage, our priority is to keep you safe.

We carry out fire safety checks to all our rented homes before we let them.

This includes, making sure all means of escape are working as they should and fitting smoke detectors.

In the blocks of flats that we manage, the type of evacuation will be stated on the Fire Action Notice in the communal area.

If there is a ‘stay put’ policy in place, this is based on fire service advice and is verified by our fire risk assessors.

As well as the measures we have in place, there are steps that you can take to reduce fire risk in your home.

You can also keep yourself, and your neighbours, safe by making sure corridors are kept clear and allowing us entry to your home to complete servicing and safety checks.
