Our team of neighbourhood co-ordinators manage different neighbourhood patches, made up of almost a combined 3,700 rented homes.
You’ll see our co-ordinators out and about in your neighbourhood or they may visit you at home or contact you.
What can our co-ordinators help you with?
- Support you with tenancy issues or queries.
- Help you to report repairs or maintenance.
- Direct you to other BVT services that may be helpful for you, like our money matters service or Income team.
- Signpost you to support in your community, such as befriending, mental health and wellbeing services and much more.
- Make sure communal areas / facilities are maintained.
- Make sure neighbourhoods are safe and maintained.
- Manage anti-social behaviour issues, either directed at you or advise you on changing your own behaviour.
- Raise estate-related issues with our estates and stewardship service.
Our neighbourhood co-ordinators use what they know about your neighbourhood to shape the services we provide. They also work in partnership with others to help tackle issues that are important to you and provide support to you and your neighbours when needed.
You can read examples of some of their recent work by downloading our neighbourhood co-ordinators in action flyer.
